Job Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Serve as the central point of communication for data governance and data quality issues and will work closely with functional leadership to improve the quality and value of core data assets. This includes ensuring velocity and veracity of data between systems
• Develop and manage PCHI’s enterprise data governance strategy and governance model, focusing on data policies, standards, and best practices
• Create and maintain data governance policies, playbook(s), processes, procedures for guiding various data management processes, including data quality control and data dissemination activities
• Champions the value of information as a strategic business asset and revenue generator by providing the functional business teams with ideas and promoting those ideas into action
• Leads the development and implementation of communication, learning, change management and adoption plans to increase organization-wide data literacy
• Establish and govern an enterprise-wide data governance, data quality and data management roadmap, including necessary IT solutions and/or external services such as data catalogue, data monitoring and remediation
• Serve as a liaison between the business and technology and ensure that data related requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and well understood
• Manage Retail Data Management department: Team of 6
  • Coordinate with key business stakeholders (merchants and operations) to maintain vendors, product and financial attributes in our ERP including cost, retail, and associated attribution
  • Manage product cost and retail updates for all products ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Execute promotions in our POS system

Qualifications:

• 12+year combination of Retail Operations, Portfolio Management, Special Projects
• BA in business, finance, retail or related field required or related work experience
• Team leadership and very seasoned cross functional skillset
• Very strong business acumen across enterprise to consistently interface with senior most executives
• Ability to present and manage risk across stakeholders of Director through EVP
• Strong analytical skill with the ability to work through large datasets
• Sound problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong work ethic with a “do whatever it takes” attitude to meet project milestones
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Effective leadership communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment

Expected Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000

The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. PCHI reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc.
