Job Overview:
The D/SD Integrated Marketing leads a key “PCHI Omni-Marketing Center of Excellence” team in achieving PCHI competitive advantage as the industry-leader in the celebration sector, supporting our purpose and promise to inspire joy by making it easier to create unforgettable memories. Reporting into the SVP, PCHI Enterprise Marketing, he/she will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth through the strategy, integration and realization of the enterprise omni-channel go-to-market plan that enables a frictionless and distinguished customer experience.
The (D/SDEIM) will work across business units (Consumer Products, Business Solutions and Retail) and across cross-functional partners (merchandising, operations, finance, channel marketing, CRM, media, brand management, creative, insights, customer experience and ecommerce teams) to architect and activate an integrated owned, earned and paid marketing strategy and tactical execution plan, delivering against the overall enterprise sales and brand plan. He/she will lead a team of omni-integrated marketers, activation specialists and external agency resources in delivering excecutional excellence.
The (D/SDEIM) will lead by example, to develop a customer obsession mindset in all aspects of business, leading to effective and differentiated solutions that deliver a superior customer experience across the customer decision journey. He/She will be a prolific teacher, having an outsized impact on the total marketing organization in furthering individual capabilities and total team bench-strength improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Enterprise Annual Planning – B2B and B2C
- Leverage customer, category and product insights to inform short and long term decisions that generate business growth
- Build and maintain competitive marketing history to inform our future plans and programs
- Architect, align and socialize the YOY enterprise Marketing calendar (reflecting the comprehensive marketing strategy over a rolling 18-month period), as the conduit between customer experience, insights, marketing, merchandising, operations, finance and product development
- Synthesize channel and integrated marketing budgets into a total Marketing (above and below the line) forecasted YOY plan
Quarterly Planning, Channel Integration and Activation
- Provide guidance for integration between channels to unify and maximize the customer experience across the customer decision journey (awareness, engagement, loyalty)
- Lead all entity Integrated Sales Planning process, building quarter over quarter and annual owned, earned and paid integrated marketing plans
- Synthesize and orchestrate omni-channel, integrated plans
- Build new programming and to support new value propositions
- Develop communication strategy against our key customer targets and programs
- Work with the Content Studio Director to develop a content plan by Period
- Maintain tight standard for all creative that reinforces the brand vision, mission and positioning attributes while delivering on business goals
- Work with operations team to ensure flawless execution
- Actualize quarterly budgets against the forecasted plan
Optimization, Executional Excellence and Governance
- Manage the total marketing budget with the finance team to ensure we deliver against our forecast
- Pro-actively view business results and recommend course correction to maximize the business outcome
- Effectively communicate and evangelize new growth ideas, visions, programs and opportunities to a variety of cross-functional partners
- Continuously improve how we work with our internal/external partners to execute cross-channels with excellence; course correct when necessary, introduce new processes as required, drive buy-in/compliance
- Manage the orchestration of all assets against timing plans to ensure we meet all deadlines
- Ensure input and approval governance across all cross-functional partners; Merchandising, Finance, Agency, Content Studio, Channel Marketing and Brand Management
- Ambassador for PR and creative asset agency; manage scope and actualization, implement report cards, course correct/coach to improve results
Enterprise Reputation Management
- Lead Enterprise public relations strategy in partnership with corporate communications
- Co-build consumer public relations strategy and activation plan- annual plan and quarterly integration plans
- Public relations crisis management in partnership with corporate comm’s
- Oversee and lead consumer public relations agency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or commensurate experience
- 10+ years of retail marketing strategy experience, 5+ years in integrated planning and 5 years of activation management in omni-channel go to market systems
- Expertise in brand strategy, brand building and communication strategy
- Technical requirements: WORD, Excel, very deep Power Point experience is a must
Expected Salary Range: $135,080 - 155,350
