Job Overview
Responsibilities and Duties:
- General building repairs and maintenance, including painting, minor carpentry, plumbing and tile work
- General maintenance of rooftop AC units
- Wash condensers, change belts and filters as required
- Troubleshoot issues
- General lawn and sprinkler maintenance
- Riding mower and general turf maintenance
- Adjust sprinkler system as necessary
- Assist in snow removal of sidewalks and parking lot
- Ability to plow with pickup truck
- Shovel and salt icy areas as needed
- Maintaining offices, lunchrooms, locker rooms, and restrooms
- Assemble new office furniture
- Altering workspaces to fit business needs
- Paint offices and common areas as necessary
- Inspect grounds daily – repair and maintain as needed
- Maintain lighting – change and replace ballast/bulbs
- Repair and patch walls
- Repair urinals/toilets and sinks as needed
