Job overview:

Supervise the inventory analysts and oversee maintenance of the inventory system and cycle counts at all warehouse locations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Inventory Control Coordinate will oversee the daily/weekly cycle counts for all warehouse locations. They will also be responsible for overseeing timely recording of inventory transfers between the warehouse and production departments and providing general inventory control. They have the ability to identify reasons for differences between book and physical inventories and design changes to systems and procedures to prevent the differences from occurring again.

The Inventory Control Coordinator has a strong ability to train production and warehouse personnel on proper handling of material transfers on the computer system and on the floor. If this sounds like you, apply below!

Job Requirements

Skills/Qualifications Required:

  1. Quality inventory control experience, including the ability to evaluate differences between book and physical and institute systems to prevent differences from occurring again.
  2. 3-5 years of supervisory experience
  3. Computer literate with prior experience working in a windows environment.
  4. Business degree or equivalent experience. 
  5. APICS certification is a plus.  
  6. Demonstrated team player with the ability to effectively communicate both within and across departments. 
  7. Ability to work under pressure with little supervision while meeting predetermined  
  8. A Creative problem solver with the demonstrated ability to analyze problems and generate solutions.
