 Job Overview:

The Jr. Product Manager is a member of the cross functional team (or POD) responsible for supporting the overall execution of the product development cycle. This is an entry level role focused on developing the individuals’ proficiency in all product development systems and processes. The role includes data management and integrity, timeline management, product and packaging sample management, and related tasks designed to support the product development process.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for data input integrity in Product Lifecycle Management system
  • Communicate and maintain the product development plan to ensure timely task completion
  • Import and export data from various spreadsheets and databases
  • Communicates with external & internal customers; provide direction to vendors
  • Fields requests regarding product development status
  • Produces and manages price margin charts
  • Manages product samples

 Skills Required:

  • Excel & Microsoft Office Skills
  • Experience or knowledge in the product development lifecycle with an understanding of business math and financial metrics. Ability to use data analytics to guide decisions & judgment.
  • Strong data management and project management skills required. The ability to find solutions and remove obstacle are required; understands the impact of decisions



 Qualifications:

  • College Degree Required
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Some exposure to or education in Product Management or Merchandising preferred
  • Minimal travel as business needs dictate
