 Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager is a passionate marketer who enjoys creative thinking, brings bold new ideas for reaching consumers, and is data and analytics minded. The Marketing Manager works with the support of marketing and merchandising leadership to develop, deliver and execute on goals, go-to market strategies and marketing campaigns. The MM is part of the marketing campaign team responsible for informing the strategic direction and positioning of products, drives customer acquisition strategy and collaborates in the design of customer retention and digital sales acceleration. The Marketing Manager plays an important role in helping define the brand voice and overall brand positioning strategy.

 Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Builds local and national marketing campaigns including developing campaign strategy, tactics, communication and creative strategy that deliver on our brand promise of making joy easy
  • Serves as voice and expert of marketing strategy for assigned product categories; leveraging customer and campaign performance, data and analytics to support strategic decision making.
  • Identify new opportunities for campaigns or content moments based on user research, consumer behavior, seasonal moments or macro environement
  • Rapidy experiments and iterates within campaigns to drive continuous optimization of key KPIs such as awareness, consideration, conversion and sales
  • Conducts performance analysis during and post campaigns, capturing key opportunities for optimization and future thinking
  • Responsible for building strategic campaigns as well as tactical execution within a go-to market strategy that is socially, video and low to mid fidelity content lead

Job Requirements

Skills Required:

 

  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
  • Expeirence supporting both local and national marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional communicator – able to clearly and concisely articulate vision for inter and intra department partners
  • Robust understanding of media landscape including traditional, digital, social, event, PR, grass-roots and direct to consumer marketing
  • Able to respond quickly to changing demands, works well in fast-to-market model
  • Continuous learner and consumer of marketing, competitive and industry trends


 Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Campaign planning experience in roles such as marketing, media or advertising
  • Retail or multi-unit experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or directly related field.
