Job Overview:

As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, the Senior Finance Analyst is a critical role supporting the consolidation of company results and analysis of company operating expenses and other areas as required. In this capacity the Senior Financial Analyst will provide deep financial analysis and actionable data insights to enable leadership to make decisions impacting the success of the business

 

 Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in the consolidation of monthly results and analyze against forecast, budget, and prior year results
  • Partner with corporate departments to provide meaningful expense analysis and facilitate the reforecasting of expenses
  • Support the annual budget and ongoing forecast process through the creation and management of submission templates as needed
  • Take the lead in loading and reconciling budgets and forecasts into Hyperion
  • Analyze current business and system processes for potential areas of improvement
  • Actively participate in problem solving initiatives to determine root cause, gap analysis, along with the development and implementation of process improvement recommendations
  • Support Senior Management with ad hoc budgeting, reporting and analysis

FLSA Working conditions:   

  • The role is a hybrid status role with three (3) days/week onsite in Woodcliff Lake, NJ office.
  • Some travel may be required (10%)

The salary range offered ($80k - $100k) for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. PCHI reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc

 

Job Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Makes sense of a vast range of information from multiple sources to conceptualize, drive creativity, problem solve, and follow through on action
  • Oracle experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams/projects and ad hoc requests with tight timelines
  • Strong technical aptitude, including ability to learn company systems/tools and create process efficiencies


 Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Strong working knowledge of Financial Statements (P&L/Balance Sheet)
