Job Overview:

This role will be a thought leader, using analysis, reporting, and automation skillsets to accomplish strategic organizational goals.  The role will be a key member of the PCHI global inventory team, reporting directly to the GPO / Global Director of Inventory Control. 

Job Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Analyze inventory-related processes for accuracy and efficiency improvement opportunities across all of PCHI (retail, wholesale, manufacturing)
  • Lead project implementations using analysis, automation, and reporting skillsets
  • Maintain focus on impactful store processes, including invoice reconciliation, systemic receipt, inventory accuracy, annual physical inventory events, low & out adjustments, disposals, etc.
  • Annual PI loss reporting, including overall, regional, district, and SKU-level, so as to reduce associated loss and focus purchasing decisions in partnership with Merch, Store Ops, and Asset Protection teams.
  • Foster partnerships with internal teams and external vendors / customers to facilitate strategic objectives
  • Audit Support (SOX, State, Bank, etc.)
  • Global Inventory team support, and other duties as needed

Business Acumen:

  • Prior experience with retail, consumer products, manufacturing industry is a plus.

  • 5+ years in a corporate analyst position, preferably retail
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
  • Proven experience in and knowledge of inventory control best practices
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills and drive for results
  • Strong judgment and decision-making capability

Expected Salary Range: $80,440 - $100,550

The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. PCHI reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc.
