The Product Manager is a member of a cross functional team who is responsible for developing, executing, and driving the product development process from concept through delivery for the assigned category. This role is responsible for introducing innovative & trend right products along with the overall management and performance of the assigned product line, including the establishment and maintenance of a product development plan to ensure all key milestones are achieved. The successful product manager works collaboratively with the cross functional team, with full ownership of the assigned category portfolios for profitable growth to meet business strategies and objectives as it relates to new product development, modification, and rationalization.

Skills Required
Business Acumen:
Experience in the product development lifecycle is required along with strong business and financial acumen. Ability to use data analytics to guide decisions & judgment.
Results Focused:
Leads and delivers the product development plan to achieve the business goals set for the assigned categories. Puts customer first when making decisions. Strong ability to organize and drive development plans forward to hit deadlines and launch dates. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
Problem Solving:
Strong data management and project management skills required. The ability to find solutions and remove obstacles is required; understands the impact of decisions.
Strategic Agility:
Understands key relationships relevant to achieving short & long-range objectives.
Champions Change:
Not satisfied with the status quo. Offers compelling ideas to advance the business. Leads change from the front.
