Job Overview:
The Scheduling Manager supervises and coordinates production schedules across all manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Production Planning Manager will be responsible for developing operation plans to support sales, ensuring appropriate capacity for future requirements, managing preventative maintenance schedules with facilities and performing root cause analysis on schedule adherence variance and work with Operations team to improve accuracy. They have the ability to ensure appropriate supply planning tools are available and consistent and complete finite capacity planning. They understand and are able to proactively communicate to all key stakeholders how changes in production processes, equipment availability and material availability/movements affect production schedules. This position will also be responsible for coaching, developing and mentoring employees.
