 Job Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Tax and Treasury Manager the Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing their employer’s financial activity which includes managing cash flow, income, liability obligations and assets. In this role, the Treasury Analyst will  contribute to a company‘s financial success by ensuring efficient banking structures support operations

 

 Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Run current day and previous day banking reports, updating cash sheets, stop payments, and checks clearing
  • Enter and create wire templates
  • Responsible for communicating to executive management implications of existing and proposed regulation and develop potential responses
  • Support the administration of the credit and debit card program including cardholder support
  • Maintain bank account signer and account structure updates.
  • Perform variance analysis, assist with ad hoc reporting and create account reconciliations
  • Month-end close responsibilities- Journal Entries
  • Perform other project/duties and accounting-related special projects as assigned by management
  • Stay current on all industry issues and regulations applicable to the duties of the position

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite -MS Excel, Word and Access
  • Retail experience a plus
