The PCHI Human Resources team is focused on delivering people solutions that enable the business while aligning with PCHI’s purpose and promise to make Joy easy. Our HR Service Delivery model is organized around three groups: HR Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and Shared People Practices. This is a collaborative, highly strategic environment that is results-driven, agile and customer-focused.  

Job Overview:

The Sr. HRBP will focus on driving the people strategy for PCHI. Together with the Director of HR, this person will build a foundation of leadership, people practices, and evolve the culture while leveraging and preserving its special sauce. This role will support US and Asia Sourcing, Transportation, Supply Chain Analytics, and Inventory Optimization.

Job Requirements

Core Accountabilities


  • Provide broad scale HR consulting and solutions to the business leaders.
  • This position is responsible to co-lead the HRBP team and serve as a direct partner to DC General Managers and Plant Managers.
  • Develop and implement talent strategies required to successfully execute business objectives.
  • Strategic advisor to align talent management practices with business objectives.
  • Drive talent review, planning and actions that build organizational capability.
  • Targeted leadership development & coaching that aligns behavior with leadership expectations.
  • Drive Talent metrics and initiatives aligned with enterprise (PCHI) strategy
  • Leverage best practices, external HR and industry trends to inform a consultative approach.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Corporate HR team to create and align best in class enterprise (PCHI) HR solutions.
  • Partners closely with management in the establishment HR practices designed to build organizational and individual capability.
  • Model & influence the HRBP consultative approach as the HR function evolves to a strategic function.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to use HR consulting practices to influence the adoption & support HR practices.
  • Talent Development & Talent Management experience required.
  • Strong capability driving & coaching Performance Management standards
  • Ability to use HR metrics and business acumen to drive outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently to drive projects and initiatives to conclusion.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and credibility with key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required PHR or HR Management certification preferred
  • 3+ years HRBP/Generalist experience
  • Microsoft Office skills excel and Power point



FLSA Working Conditions: Office environment

Expected Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. PCHI reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc.
