Job Overview:

The Senior Treasury Analyst is a key role within the corporate financial management organization of the enterprise. This role supports and drives daily treasury operations and the financial modeling of the company including debt and interest forecasting.  The senior analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving accurate financial models used to support cash flow forecasting and long-range planning, as well as analyzing capital structure and potential investment scenarios.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Leads daily cash movement within the enterprise including borrowing and investment activities.
  • Supports the cash forecasting process and is responsible for forecasting the company’s interest and debt levels.
  • Serves as the point person between the banks and Party City for credit facility related activities including preparation of the company’s monthly borrowing base, which supports the firm’s borrowings under its asset-backed line of credit.
  • Contributes to the global cash management strategy.
  • Support standby letters of credit and bank guarantees requirements.
  • Manages the opening, closing and maintenance of bank accounts and signature authority as needed.
  • Analyzes and manages banking fees and supports internal improvements to lower fees with banks.
  • Administers online banking systems and services; trains internal business partners on bank systems and services.
  • Prepares process documentation for all core treasury activities.
  • Ensures strict compliance with all Treasury SOX controls and manages timely completion of SOX management controls documentation.
  • Assists with Board of Directors meeting presentations.
  • Supports Senior Management with ad hoc reporting and analysis and ensures timely responses to all business inquiries.

Expected Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. PCHI reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with focus on finance / economics major, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 year of experience in corporate treasury / finance function, banking, or financial consulting
  • Very strong excel skills required and experience with treasury management systems (i.e. SAP Treasury, Kyriba, Quantum) a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely and accurate manner to full completion.

FLSA Working conditions:
This role requires significant computer utilization and prolonged periods of sitting.
