Job Overview:
The Integrated Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This position requires collaboration across various departments to ensure alignment between online and offline marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating campaigns, managing timelines, and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
This is a hybrid role based in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Campaign Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including email, social media, web, and print.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with creative, content, digital, merchandising and product teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Invoice/Budget Management: Assist with budget operation needs; including processing and submitting invoices for the marketing function
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors such as designers, printers, and agencies to execute marketing deliverables.
- Promotional Support: Assist team with creation and implementation of promotional plans for seamless execution.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and promoting events, trade shows, or product launches to increase brand presence.
