Job Requirements of Key Holder (PT) - Millville, PA:

RESULTS MATTER
Key Holders ensure our store is always customer ready, and are responsible for the following:
- Open/Close the store (alarm activation/deactivation)
- Count and prepare tills for store opening.
- Count and balance tills at end of day.
- Prepare deposit, count safe.
- Perform customer service interventions at registers, including price overrides, discounts, refunds, exchanges, and other manual adjustments as needed.
- Perform Leader on Duty (LOD) function only when Store Team Leader or Team Leader is absent.
- Review and validate that Daily Party Plan tasks are completed as assigned when performing LOD functions.
- Solve customer related issues when performing LOD role.
- Execute any Emergency Response procedures as needed when acting in the LOD function.
- Receiving Freight and filling out daily log -- Maintaining receiving procedure.
- Balloon orders prepped for next day.
- Recovery and cleaning of store (Sales floor/counter/Backroom/breakroom/Bathroom and office).
- Daily scan audit (opening)
- Communication review on Party Central, reading and reacting to emails and text threads.
- Frequent kneeling, bending, and stooping.
- Standing for long periods throughout schedule day.

Expected Salary Range: $15.90 - $16.75
The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. PCHI reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc.
